Wind Sensor.
Perfect for days you’re out and about, away from your campsite, the optional Wind Sensor (sold separately), can be programmed to retract your awning at various wind speeds, so your RV’s awning equipment doesn’t get damaged while you’re gone.

Infrared Security Sensor.
This easy to install sensor is programmed to illuminate your awning’s lighting when body heat or motion is detected outside of your RV — helping to deter unwanted visitors or animals from wandering around your rig at night.

NOTE: Short arm (63") assemblies require a 63" unobstructed area from awning rail straight down and a minimum clearance of 6" between awning rail and the top of the entry door. Tall arm (69") assemblies require a 69" unobstructed area from awning rail straight down and a minimum clearance of 2-1/2" between awning rail and top of the entry door.

Classic Universal Awning Hardware Kit

The rugged Solera® Classic extends and retracts in just a few easy steps. Simply release the travel locks on each arm, loosen the rafter knobs, use the pull cane to unlock the roller, then hook the pull strap and walk it out to unroll the awning. Once extended, set the tension, tighten rafter knobs and raise the awning arms to whatever pitch you want for shade and water runoff. You can also detach the arms from the bottom bracket and rotate them to a vertical "carport" position. This carport position makes it easy to attach accessories like the Solera Screen Room and Solera Family Room™

Traditional manual spring-assisted roll up operation

Arms detach from bottom bracket and easily swing to "carport" position providing varied pitch options to block the sun at any time of the day

Simple standard manual operation: Unlock with included wand, unroll with strap, set the braces and raise the arms

Window / XL Window Awning Hardware

Just use the pull cane to hook the pull strap, and pull to extend the awning. Secure the strap loop onto a hook on the RV wall to keep the awning extended. Go for the best value and the best look, and cover two windows with one window awning. Solera® Window Awnings are available with standard arm and canopy sizes for windows that are under 33" in height and in XL sizes for windows over 33". Standard window awning arms are 18" long so they’ll have an 18" projection, and XL window awning arms are 30" long so they’ll have a 30" projection. Order arms and roller separately.
