I’m will try to temper my frustration a bit with Dometic’s COVID-19 manufacturing difficulties - short version, it’s bad. From order to delivery, this part took 7 months. That said, I had a problem with the part that showed up. Either the SunChaser design has changed since 2006 or this part was manufactured wrong. My tension roller bar had a bigger diameter rod that caused me to have to cut into this part to modify it to mate correctly. That was a little bit of a pain, but I’m very thankful that the left and right side arm support are the same component as it made the modification easier.

The High Sky RV team is clearly in a difficult position to have to track all these delayed order issues. Appreciate your help getting things sorted out.
