Versa Liner™’s unique, one-piece design features permanently attached simulated lug nuts. With no loose parts, no assembly and no lug nut removal required, Versa-Liner offers easy, do-it-yourself mounting in minutes plus quick removal for wheel inspection. The one-piece concept minimizes unsightly “spin-out” rust that comes from the steel wheel, a common occurrence in other simulator designs. Rolled outer edges provide added strength, ensuring safer handling while protecting against potential shipping and tire damage. Plus Versa Liner’s state-of-the-art design means each liner attaches securely, staying in place even in the roughest conditions. Versa Liner™ features a NLR (Non-Lug Removal) attachment system that maintains the chassis manufacturer’s lug nut-to-wheel integrity. NLR was independently tested by a leading automotive testing lab. Each Versa Liner™ application begins with a 3D CAD design which pinpoints wheel fit and selects proper alloy and material thickness. This results in minimized overall rotating mass that limits gyroscopic forces, resulting in reduced weight, proper balance and great appearance. These factors help maintain better wheel alignment, reduce tire wear, increase gas mileage and improve handling capabilities at increased highway speeds. Versa Liner™ carries a five-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and come packaged with easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions and a combination tool for installation.
