Airstream Motohome Parts

In 1974 Airstream began a great experiment by manufacturing a Class A, called "Argosy". The Argosy began as painted 20- and 24-foot models, and were followed in 1979 by the first examples of the Classic model motorhome, with an unpainted aluminum body that matched the traditional outer skin of the popular trailers.

Airstream-badged Class A motorhomes began as 24- and 28-foot models in 1979 through the 1990s. Some models up to 37' long. The aluminum motorhomes were followed by more traditional-looking models in the 1990s. Airstream discontinued manufacture of Class A motorhomes in 2006. There was one bus model made called the Skydeck, which featured interior stairs leading to a deck on the roof.
