If you use steel valve stems/extenders, be sure to have an authorized mechanic replace the rubber valve stems as well with steel valve stems; otherwise you will have difficulties with installation and maybe even problems with air leaks. Our kits are designed not to interfere with aftermarket hub caps, or wheel simulators.
