Airstream Axle Dexter Dura Torque Upgrade Kit
Compatibility: 1950 - 1959 Airstream Trailer
Available with 10 or 12 inch brakes, hub and drums, 5 or 6 lugs.
Mounting bolts not included.
Airstream Trailers built between 1950 and 1959 used leaf spring axles. Unfortunately replacement parts are no longer available for these axles. Modern Dexter Dura Torque Axles can be installed with some modifications to trailer chassis frame. Stiffener plates must be added to chassis frame prior to torsion axle installation.
Axle kit includes shock mounting brackets installed, brake and drum assembly. Shocks must be purchased separately.

2. Select a shipping option. A Commercial address is considered one with a fork lift or a loading dock. No exceptions. If you want to eliminate the shipping charge altogether you can opt for a pick up. Here is a list of all the pick up locations:
