"Tow on the ground" 4-Wheelers are equipped with standard 3" valves to eliminate lifting to "dump" tanks. Features a double wheel, front-swivel design for easy pulling and maneuvering. Pneumatic wheels with bearings on 25, 32 and 42 gallon tanks. Completely assembled. Includes Bobber Gauge, all hook-up/dump fittings and tow handle.
